How we handle your data
- Your documents are used only for the work you have asked us to do.
- We do not share your information with anyone except the authorities you are filing with, or others you approve.
- Portal logins and passwords stay under your control. Where we need access, we use it only for your work, and you can change the password at any time.
- Files are stored in access-controlled folders, not on shared or public drives.
- When an engagement ends, we return or delete documents on request, except where we must keep records by law.
What we ask of you
- Share complete and accurate information, so filings are correct.
- Review drafts before we file, and tell us if anything looks wrong.
- Tell us about notices or emails from the authorities as soon as they arrive.
