When you contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, mobile number, email and the service you need. When you become a client, we collect the documents and information needed to do your work, such as PAN, income details and financial records.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, provide the services you request, file returns and forms with the authorities on your behalf, and send you reminders about your compliance. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Enquiry form
The enquiry form on this website does not store your details on our server. It opens WhatsApp on your device with your message, which you choose whether to send.
Sharing
We share your information only with government authorities and portals where filing requires it, and with service providers we use to run our practice, such as email and storage providers, under confidentiality. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Storage and security
We keep information in access-controlled systems and retain records for as long as needed for your work and for the periods required by law.
