JmJ Beacon began in 2020 with a simple idea: finance, tax and compliance should feel clear, not stressful, and good numbers should drive better decisions.
A beacon is a steady light that shows the way. That is what we aim to be for every client. Today our team of chartered accountants and company secretaries advises businesses on strategy, reporting and growth, runs their finance operations and keeps them compliant, while continuing to help professionals, NRIs and families. We work with startups, proprietors, firms, LLPs and companies across India and abroad, from Pune and Bengaluru.

Founder
Jiya leads client relationships and operations at JmJ Beacon. She set out to build a firm where clients get one team that sees the whole picture, explains things simply and stays ahead of every due date.
CA Shruti Sharma
Founder, Chartered Accountant
Shruti is a Chartered Accountant who leads JmJ Beacon's consulting, taxation and finance work. She helps businesses and individuals turn compliance into clarity, and numbers into better decisions.

"When we started JmJ Beacon in 2020, we kept hearing the same story from business owners and families. They had one person for income tax, another for GST, someone else for company filings and nobody looking at the whole picture. Deadlines were discovered when the penalty arrived, and big decisions were made without reliable numbers.
We wanted to build something different: one team that sees everything, explains it simply and stays ahead of every due date, with chartered accountants and company secretaries working together so a client never has to coordinate between advisers.
Our view is simple. Compliance is the foundation, but it should not be the goal. Once the basics are in order, our real job is to help clients understand their numbers and use them to grow. That is the idea behind our promise: consult, comply, grow."
